Advertising  & Posting Policy

  1. Only approved signs can be displayed within the Recreation Facilities.
  2. No flyers or posters may be secured to walls of Recreation Facilities, doors, windows, stairwells, bathrooms, or hallways. Otherwise, they will be removed and discarded.
  3. Only approved third-party digital advertising can be displayed inside Recreation Facilities.
  4. Advertising must be submitted in a formal request and approved by Recreation Marketing.All advertising is by availability and not guaranteed.
  5. External third-party advertising is subject to university ad review and is a fee-based service.
  6. Advertising at any Recreation Facility does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any product, service, or information.
  7. Rutgers Recreation reserves the right to refuse to post any material that violates the University’s Student Code of Conduct.
