BENCH PRESS CLUB TEST OUT (Free, registration required.)
Join us at the Livingston Rec Center and Cook Douglass Fitness Center to complete the Bench Press Challenge. Participants must complete 8 reps of the bench press for a specified percentage of their body weight based on gender identities and weight classes. If you complete the reps, you will earn a Bench Press Club shirt.

INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING (Free, registration required.)
Learn the basics of strength training in one of our fitness centers. Our personal trainers will guide you through the fundamentals of strength training and ensure that you learn how to lift weights correctly and effectively. Our workouts are carefully designed to promote a full-body workout, including strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises. You will learn how to use various machines in the fitness center and will leave the session with your own workout.
