Join Adventure Rec for Fossil Hunting on July 12th, 2026
Big Brook is a unique site in New Jersey known for its large fossil beds, just 30 min away from campus! Come prepared to pan for Cretaceous shark teeth and marine fossils.
We will provide trowels and sieves; no additional gear is necessary.
This hike will be about 3 miles of walking and 1-2 miles of wading through streams.
