EIM-OC® Plank Challenge: Friday, 10/17 12:00-3:00PM on the front lawn of College Ave Gym The plank is one of the best full-core exercises! Test your strength and celebrate Exercise is Medicine–On Campus Month by challenging yourself to hold a 2-minute plank.  

Pilates/Yoga "Move with Meaning" Wellness Workshop: Thursday, 10/23 7:30-8:50PM at The Cook/Douglass Recreation Center. A wellness experience that blends movement, reflection, and community. Each session combines yoga or Pilates with journaling and guided conversation, creating space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.  Rooted in the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, the program is about more than just exercise—it is about supporting mental well-being, building community, and making wellness accessible.  Sponsored by The Scarlet Well grant program.  Free registration here  

Afrofit Fusion: Saturday 10/27 11:30am-12:30pm, Cook/Douglass Recreation Center Experience strengthening your body and mind while embracing the vibrant rhythm of Afrobeats! Start with Pilates-inspired exercises to build core strength and mobility, followed by dynamic Afrobeats choreography that energizes and empowers. End with a restorative stretch to leave you feeling strong, confident, and refreshed.
