Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a range of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved circulation, and enhanced immune system function.  Our skilled therapists work with you to create a personalized session tailored to your unique needs. Massage appointments are available this summer at the Werblin Rec Center as well a new summer location on the College Ave Campus (17 Senior Street) Sessions are offered in 45-minute time slots, and those seeking a 90-minute experience can simply book two consecutive appointments. Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) YOGA

Join us for this NEW offering. Participants will start with familiarize yourself with paddleboarding under the guidance of our staff, then we will circle up for a restorative yoga session, followed by a relaxing paddle around the lake.  Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and stress relief.  It requires minimal movement, allowing the body and mind to relax deeply.

Paddle board yoga is easily adaptable, making it accessible to people of all experience and fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to sign up solo and take advantage of the opportunity to make new connections in a supportive environment. We will provide transportation from campus, as well as paddleboards, paddles, and personal floating devices for everyone.  To register click here.

 

Strength Development®

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a progressive strength training program designed to develop muscular strength. Each workout is grounded in strength and conditioning science to ensure effectiveness and safety. 
Classes are led by a certified personal trainer in a private setting.  Each 60-minute session is designed to challenge you and deliver results. Benefits of being part of this class included increased accountability, positive reinforcement, camaraderie, and support. Studies have shown that those that exercise in groups report lower stress levels and greater emotional and physical well-being. TRX ™ (Total Resistance Exercises) Certification

This course will give you a strong foundation in TRX principles, technique, and applications, empowering you to maximize your efficacy and results with the TRX Suspension Trainer™. You will learn to progress and regress exercises for different fitness levels, cue and correct common faults, and properly set up the TRX Suspension Trainer. CEC’s available for NASM, AFAA, ACE and more.
