Throughout the month of October, Rutgers Recreation is hosting Exercise is Medicine® on Campus with free events, challenges, and activities to promote health, fitness, and wellness.
Events & Activities:
- RU Rewards (10/1–10/31)
Earn raffle entries by attending October Fitness & Wellness classes at any of the four Recreation Centers. Weekly prizes include massage therapy, personal training, and Amazon gift cards.
No registration required. - Bench Press Club Test Outs
Complete 8 reps of a bench press based on your body weight and gender identity to earn a Bench Press Club shirt.- Friday, 10/10, 12–3 PM – Livingston Rec Center
