The College Avenue Gym, Livingston Recreation Center, Rutgers Fitness Center @ Easton Avenue, and Sonny Werblin Recreation Center will close at 2PM on Friday, September 19 due to the RU home football game.

The Cook/Douglass Recreation Center will remain open until 7PM.

Rutgers University Earns a Gold Standing for Exercise is Medicine for the 2025 year

Rutgers University–New Brunswick has once again earned a Gold Level recognition from the American College of Sports Medicine’s Exercise is Medicine® On Campus program for 2025. Rutgers has maintained Gold Level standing since 2018. This program is a collaboration between the Division of Student Affairs and the Department of Kinesiology and Health.
