  • Saturday, March 7th: First Saturdays at the Rockwall (New!)
    Join us on the first Saturday of each month for special extended hours. We will host open climbing at the Rutgers Rockwall from 3:00–7:00 pm, where our staff provides instruction and assistance to newcomers. Stop by with friends or come meet new climbers at the College Ave Gym. Bouldering and top-rope climbing are available, and harness rentals are free for students.

  • Friday, March 13th – Sunday, March 22nd: Spring Break Revised Schedule


Fitness & Wellness Drop-In Classes: Choose from 80+ classes per week, including Yoga, Pilates, BODYPUMP®, Spinning®, Dance, and more. All classes are open to new participants, free, and do not require registration. Check out the full list of classes and descriptions here. View the schedule here.

  • Monday, March 9th: New Class – BODYPUMP HEAVY®
    5:00–5:45 pm at Werblin Recreation Center (MPR). Drop in; space is limited. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time.

  • Thursday, March 12th – Sunday, March 22nd: Spring Break revised class schedule. All classes will be held at the Sonny Werblin Recreation Center.

  • Thursday, March 26th: Women’s History Month Celebration Day (All Classes)
    “Strong Women Lift Each Other Up!” Join featured classes and celebrate Women’s History Month with us. Participants will have the opportunity to enter the “Women Who Inspire Us” raffle for a chance to win a Massage Gift Certificate.


Tuesday, March 10th – 24th: Intramural Sports Registration Open

4v4 Flag Football, Soccer, Sand Volleyball, Softball, and more. Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Recreational divisions available.

Friday, March 6: RU STRONG Event

Our annual strength challenge is designed to push limits, build confidence, and bring our community together. Whether you are a seasoned lifter or just curious to test yourself, this event celebrates grit and determination. Participants will rotate through four strength challenges: Ajax Row, Titan Carry, Herculean Tire Flip, and Atlas Stone Lift.

Thursday, March 7th: Move with Meaning Workshop

A wellness experience that blends movement, reflection, and community. Each session combines yoga or Pilates with journaling and guided conversation, creating space to slow down and reconnect. Whether you come for the movement, reflection, or simply the opportunity to breathe, Move with Meaning is a place to show up as you are and leave feeling more grounded. Sponsored by The Scarlet Well Grant Program.
