Fitness & Wellness Drop-In Classes: Choose from 80+ classes per week, including Yoga, Pilates, BodyPump®, Spinning®, Yoga, Pilates, Dance and more. All classes are open to new participants, free, and do not require registration.  Check out a full list of classes and descriptions here. Celebrate Black History Month through Movement: 

Thursdays 2/12 & 2/26 Spinning® with Dr Ariel Leget at Werblin Recreation Center, Cycle studio 6:00-6:45 PM.  The Spinning program always welcomes new class participants to this low-impact cardiovascular workout. These classes are part of the drop-in Fitness and Wellness class schedule. 

Saturday 2/21:  Afrofit Fusion with Zina & Victoria at the Cook/Douglass Recreation Center, 11:30 am-12:30 pm.  Strengthen your body and mind while embracing the vibrant rhythm of Afrobeats! Start with Pilates-inspired exercises to build core strength and mobility, followed by dynamic Afrobeats choreography that energizes and empowers. End with a restorative stretch to leave you feeling strong, confident, and refreshed.
