Unwind on the water with this beginner-friendly Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) experience at Cook Recreation Center on August 30th from 9 AM–2 PM for $25! Enjoy a relaxing paddle around the lake, connect with nature, and make new friends! No experience needed, just come ready to have fun and get a little wet.
