7-Week Session of Synchronous Virtual Fitness Classes

January 20 - March 10

Sign up for a 7 – week session of synchronous Zoom Classes (1/24 – 3/10)( Mon, Wed, Thurs at 5:30pm) 

These online fitness classes are to encourages YOU to be more physically active while you are at home! 

**Wednesday (RU Strength): Get the motivation of a group with the attention of a certified personal trainer during this full-body resistance training workout using the resources you have at home. Training focused on muscular strength, endurance and total body burn. Light to Medium Weights and Resistance Band Needed 

**Thursday (Restorative Yoga): Discover the power of slowing down. Flow through a sequence of poses of low to moderate intensity to relay and realign yourself with your breath. Restore your mind, body and soul in this healing yoga class! Yoga mat and towel is suggested 

Zoom Link will be send with confirmation email and the end of registration. 

FREE to ALL Rutgers Student. Rutgers Fac/Staff may purchase the 7 week session of synchronous zoom classes for $25 and the Public for $35.
