VIRTUAL RUN/WALK CHALLENGE FALL 2020
Join our latest run/walk challenge taking place September 7 – September 27. Runner/walkers will aim to complete a minimum of 15 miles over a 3 week period but can continue to complete longer distances of 30 or 45 miles. Opportunities for incentives will be provided after the completion of each level of mileage. Log your weekly total miles into a form sent to you via email. Weekly emails, virtual running classes, and raffle prizes will be included. Join us today and get healthy and have fun running or walking with the Rutgers Community!
15 Mile Challenge = Average 5 miles per week
30 Mile Challenge = Average 10 miles per week
45 Mile Challenge = Average 15 miles per week

Exercise Is Medicine–On Campus is a program that wants to motivate and encourage all students, faculty, and staff on campus to find ways to stay physically active whether it’s at your home, at school, at the gym, or at the park!
Due to the current circumstances, we want to continue offering our services (for FREE of course!) to help all students, faculty, and staff to stay active right at the convenience of your home!
Moving forward we will be offering Exercise Is Medicine–Online Coaching! The Exercise is Medicine–On Campus coach, Pricilla Santana, will contact you to set a date and time.

The PADI Open Water Diver course uses PADI’s latest learning materials to teach you to dive. Use our REMOTE LEARNNG option to complete the knowledge development potion of your open water course. During this time we are offering the Open Water course using self study with eLearning and Instructor- led remote sessions.
