2020 RECREATION MOVEMENT

The 2020 Recreation Movement is about staying active together, even when we’re apart! Students, faculty, university staff and alumni are able to participate in online workout classes from 40 different colleges and universities across the country. Digital fitness and recreation are great ways to have people connect, engage and stay healthy during these uncertain times.

Exercise Is Medicine–On Campus is a program that wants to motivate and encourage all students, faculty, and staff on campus to find ways to stay physically active whether it’s at your home, at school, at the gym, or at the park!
Due to the current circumstances, we want to continue offering our services (for FREE of course!) to help all students, faculty, and staff to stay active right at the convenience of your home!
Moving forward we will be offering Exercise Is Medicine–Online Coaching! The Exercise is Medicine–On Campus coach, Pricilla Santana, will contact you to set a date and time.

The PADI Open Water Diver course uses PADI’s latest learning materials to teach you to dive. Use our REMOTE LEARNNG option to complete the knowledge development potion of your open water course. During this time we are offering the Open Water course using self study with eLearning and Instructor- led remote sessions.
