Pledge To Take 10,000 Steps A Day! Together we can achieve Millions of Steps.
When: FEBRUARY 5 – FEBRUARY 9
Why: We need to move more! Health & Fitness organizations such as American College of Sports Medicine and American Heart Association recommend 10,000 steps each day.
10,000 steps = 5 Miles, 400-500 Calories!
REMINDER: Log your previous day’s steps by 12pm to be eligible for the daily prize. To be in the elite group, you must log at least 10,000 steps all five days!
We will pick a winner each day among the participants who log their steps during The Step It Up 10k step challenge.
Log in the previous day’s steps by 12pm the following day and a winner will be called by 3pm.
Each day we will have (1) winner.
