Pledge To Take 10,000 Steps A Day! Together we can achieve Millions of Steps.

When:  FEBRUARY 13 – FEBRUARY 19
Why:  We need to move more! Health & Fitness organizations such as American College of Sports Medicine and American Heart Association recommend 10,000 steps each day.

10,000 steps = 5 Miles, 400-500 Calories!

We will reward participants each day for logging in their steps during The Step It Up 10k step challenge.

Log in the previous day’s steps by 12pm the following day and a winner will be called by 3pm.

Each day we will have (4) winners. For each 10,000 steps you take, you will get (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for 10,000 miles* from United Airlines!
