GRIT® LES MILLS GRIT™ program offers three cutting-edge 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts: Cardio, Plyo and Strength. GRIT™ Cardio improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. GRIT™ Plyo is a workout that uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. 200 HOUR HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING This program is designed for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Each weekend with consist of biomechanical principles, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation and philosophy. Not only will you feel empowered in your own practice, you will also learn how to share your skills and enthusiasm with others. Learn how to teach yoga to various populations. You will learn to inspire students, to use effective language, sequence classes for different levels, perform hands on and therapeutic adjustments. The only pre-requisite: Desire to enhance your practice and life! The Immersion and Teacher Training Series completes requirements for the 200 HourYoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program. Thus, we offer a variety of one-time workshops that give you a taste of our classes and allow you the opportunity to explore different options and help you determine what classes you really enjoy without having to commit.  We also offer many workshops that provide information that will enhance your knowledge in the area of fitness, nutrition, stress relief, strength training, and many more.
