BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout. This two-day training teaches instructors tools and techniques needed to coach their classes through scientifically-proven moves while pumping out encouragement and motivation to great music. CXWORX®

Dates: SATURDAY, MARCH 3 & SUNDAY, MARCH 4 2018

Time: 8AM-6PM

CXWORX® is a 30-minute core training program that hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body using resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. This two-day, program-specific training will challenge and inspire you. You’ll walk away with the tools and techniques you need to create life-changing fitness experiences in every class. All you need is a passion for fitness and helping people live fitter, happier lives. We’ll supply the rest.

HATHA YOGA 200 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING

Dates:  February 9-11, March 9-11, 23-25, April 27-29, May 4-6, 18-20, June 1-3, July 13-15, August 3-5, 10

Time: Each weekend the classes meet: Friday 6:00PM-9:30PM, Saturday 8:00AM-5:30PM, Sunday 8:00AM-5PM (one hour lunch on Sat. and Sun)

Location: SMART ASANA YOGA STUDIO – KINGSTON, NJ

This program is designed for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Each weekend will consist of biomechanical principles, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation & philosophy. As you continue, not only will you feel empowered in your own practice, you will also learn how to share your skills and enthusiasm with others. Learn how to teach yoga to various populations. You will learn to inspire students, to use effective language, sequence classes for different levels, perform hands on adjustments. The training program is offered through the Smart Asana Yoga Studio and it completes requirements for the 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program. NAFC® GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

SPINNING®

Location: Werblin Rec Center, Piscataway, NJ

This comprehensive workshop led by a Spinning Master Instructor includes practical and theoretical concepts and teaches instructors everything they need to know to become dynamic indoor cycling leaders. Get certified and start improving lives!
