The Scope and Sequence of this course includes the teaching progressions of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and all associated movements. Participants will gain knowledge and experience of programming of training for both competitive weightlifters and for athletes using the weightlifting movements for strength and power development as it applies to their chosen sport. LES MILLS GRIT™ is 30-minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), developed by experts to deliver transformative results. Featuring short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery, the scientifically structured intervals allow you push your body into your max effort training zone – and that’s where the results happen. Learn how to dominate in group training and evolve your coaching skills with this Grit Training course. You’ll leave the training ready to inspire people to be fit and come back for more! LES MILLS CXWORX™ Exercises the muscles around the core and provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. During the training you’ll learn how to guide a class through the 30-minute workout with correct teqnique while working with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will master hip, butt, and lower back exercises and will leave the training ready to inspire people to be fit and come back for more!
