LES MILLS CXWORX™ Exercises the muscles around the core and provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. During the training you’ll learn how to guide a class through the 30-minute workout with correct teqnique while working with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will master hip, butt, and lower back exercises and will leave the training ready to inspire people to be fit and come back for more!
