Virtual Fitness Challenge Begins

Let Rec bring fitness to you!
Virtual Fitness is RU REC’s fitness challenge to encourage the Rutgers community to Do What Moves U during “Exercise is Medicine” month of October!
Complete 150 minutes of intentional physical activity each week, and earn your Rec T-shirt if you successfully achieve this goal each week of the competition!
Receive daily workouts and exercises to do anywhere on campus, an October wellness calendar to stay on track, online activity tracking for accountability, daily motivation from your online coach, and health and wellness tips from the top Rutgers health professionals.
