Tai Chi and Meditation Class: This class aims to introduce students to the fundamental benefits of Tai Chi and mindfulness practice. Through the execution of deliberate movement, associations are made between body awareness, balance and coordination, breath, and conscious thought. Physically, Tai Chi is designed to relax the muscles, improve posture, and promote healthy circulation throughout the body. Described often as “meditation in movement,” the practice of Tai Chi can very easily carry over by helping to manage stress and promote better focus and clarity in all aspects of life.
