Spring Fitness Challenge Starts Feb. 11

Rec is challenging you to move more for 21-days this Spring! Step up to the challenge by achieving at least 70,000 steps each week for the 3 week duration. If you complete this goal, you earn your free Rec T-shirt!
Recieve motivation with daily communication from your virtual coach and accountability with use of online activity tracking.
If daily steps aren’t enough of a challenge, we’re also throwing in a Strong Core Challenge. Each email will motivate you to build your plank time throughout the 3 weeks. Join us in fitness classes or on your own to the healthiest YOU!
