Small Group Training Session II Mon & Wed

STUDENT/MEMBER FEE= $96 Time to amp up your workout routine! This program is geared towards any exerciser interested in challenging themselves physically and mentally with this strength and condiitoning program. These systematic workouts will use metabolic conditioning coupled with strength training for maximum results. Your personal trainer will focus your progressive 6-week workout based on the goals of functional strength training, fat loss, and metabolic conditioning. Classes are kept small to address special needs and accommodate different goals. STUDENT/MEMBER FEE $96 COMPLIMENTARY MEMBER FEE $144 Price is adjusted by affiliation during check out.
