Stay healthy and strong this spring with RUREC! Weight training is vitally important for women to enhance muscle tone, boost metabolism, maintain a functional lifestyle, and see a positive change in body composition. With guidance from a female personal trainer, female students will work out together throughout the progressive 6 weeks to target multiple muscle groups using free weights and functional fitness equipment. Classes are kept small to address special needs and accommodate different goals.

Session 1 AM:
Every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00AM to 10:00AM starting June 3 ending June 26
Session 1 PM:
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00PM to 6:00PM starting June 4 ending June 27
Session 2 PM:
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00PM to 6:00PM starting July 9 ending August 1
