Small Group Training for Women Session II Starts July 9

9:30am-10:30am (Monday & Wednesday) – College Ave. Gym OR 5pm-6pm (Tuesday & Thursday)- Werblin Rec Center
Stay healthy and strong this summer with RUREC! Weight training is vitally important for women to enhance muscle tone, boost metabolism, maintain a functional lifestyle, and see a positive change in body composition. With guidance from a female personal trainer, female students will work out together throughout the progressive 4 weeks to target multiple muscle groups using free weights and functional fitness equipment. Classes are kept small to address special needs and accommodate different goals.
