Small Group Training begins 3/27-5/5
Rutgers Recreation is excited to help you obtain your New Year’s fitness goals. For the first time, we are offering Small Group Personal Training with four program options. This session goes from March 27-May 5.
- Small Group Training For Women- Female students will workout together throughout the progressive 6 weeks to target multiple muscle groups using bodyweight and free weights. Click here to register.
- Small Group Training for Faculty & Staff- Geared towards individuals ages 35 and over, our personal trainer will guide you through a total body workout to increase stamina, strength, mobility, and flexibility. Click here to register.
- Metabolic Interval Training- This program is geared towards any exerciser specifically interested in losing fat and improving levels of conditioning. You will use metabolic conditioning coupled with strength training for maximum results. Click here to register.
