Join the Rutgers Running Community this summer during our 4-week series! Learn how to start or improve as a runner as your running coach guides you through various forms of running, strength training, and functional movements to make you a stronger and healthier athlete. Whether you consider yourself a new runner, a veteran racer, or you just need some accountability and company to train with, we would love to have you join our class! Each week your certified trainers and running coaches will guide you through a workout and an educational component.
