The Fitness Challenge is RU REC’s completely online challenge to encourage the Rutgers community to Do What Moves U during “Exercise is Medicine” month of October!
Complete 150 minutes of intentional physical activity each week to be entered into a weekly raffle for prizes!
Receive daily exercises to build your workout library, online activity tracking for accountability, daily motivation, and health and wellness tips from the top Rutgers health professionals.
Register before 10/5.
Challenge begins 10/5/20 and ends 10/30/20.
Before the Challenge begins on 10/5/20, participants will receive an email with instructions regarding how to receive credit for the Scarlet Knight Challenge.
