Don’t have the time or availability to join a running group? Join our VIRTUAL 5K Training Class to train on your own but still receive personalized coaching! You will be guided by your virtual running coach through weekly motivational and informational emails as well as provided a 9-week daily training plan for beginner/intermediate/advanced runners to successfully complete a 5K commencing on December 2nd.
