21 Day Virtual Fitness begins 6/11
Stay on track with your fitness this summer by joining our 21-Day Virtual Fitness Team. Whether your on campus, home for the summer, or traveling the world, recieve guidance to your healthiest self! Rutgers Rec is bringing fitness to YOU through daily motivation, a full 21-day wellness calendar, strength and mobility workouts, activity tracker, and your personal online coach for individual attention and accountability.
InBody Assessment and Consultation included with registration to guide your personal and realistic health and wellness goals!
InBody Assessments will be conducted Thursday 6/7 from 11am-3pm or Monday 6/11 from 2pm-5pm at Werblin Rec Center
Your goal?? Complete and record at least 10,000 steps/day and make fitness a habit! Weekly prizes will be raffled to those who achieve the step goal!
On Campus? Join us for the KICK-OFF DAY on Monday 6/11 at 5pm at Werblin Rec Center for a team workout!
