PARTICIPANT CHECK IN
Participant Check In will take place at the College Avenue Gym, Rutgers University, 130 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Do not forget to bring an unwrapped new toy or monetary donation when you plan on picking up your race bib and commemorative t-shirt. Avoid the crowds on Saturday morning by picking up your race bib and t-shirt on Friday.
Monetary donations will only be accepted at the Cash Donation Table.
Please check in here first if you are donating money instead of a toy. Additional cash donations are welcome at the table. Cash donors will receive a ticket to bring to the Race Check in or Same Day registration.

Please be sure to arrive early on Race Day and expect parking delays. Parking is available on the College Avenue Campus in lots 11, 16, 26, 30, the College Avenue parking deck, St. Peters University Hospital deck, and the Johnson & Johnson lot on Johnson Drive. NEW FOR 2018: NON-AFFILIATE SPECIAL EVENT PARKING
If you are not faculty/staff or a student, you must register your vehicle when parking on campus for the Big Chill. Be sure to complete the online registration prior to Saturday by clicking here.
FACULTY/STAFF/STUDENTS MUST PARK IN THE LOTS ALLOWABLE WITH THEIR CURRENT PERMIT ONLY
- Check-in and rest rooms are all held indoors.
- Big Chill t-shirts are provided while supplies last.
- Results for participants running with a timing chip, will be posted in the gym prior to the awards ceremony. Awards will be presented as results are determined.
